it's been a while..

lame giler tak update blog,,banyak cerita nak share,,tapi penat,,last2 terus lupa le pulak semua story mory tu..i'm sorry !
esok dah jumaat 12hb november 2010, counting down..err tinggal berapa je lagi ni nak bercuti panjang..yes yes!

nak balik kampung huhu! tapi esok kena settle beberapa perkara..first hadiah M.A.M,, second hadiah annual dinner,,errr surat jemputan majlis korban nak kena fax,,err nak pindah rumah lagi,,itu ini itu ini oh boleh biol!
tapi tak pe..aku masih boleh bertahan ! janji aku happy dan tak STRESSS ! stress? ape tu? haha

Migraine Symptoms

Migraine Symptoms include a severe headache that occurs usually on one side of the head but sometimes can be on both sides of the head but it is very rare. There is a vast difference between the ordinary headache and migraine. Other migraine symptoms include a sensitivity to light, vomiting, nausea and sensitivity towards any kind of sound.
A person suffering from migraines will always like to relax in the dark and quiet place and most of the times relief can be obtained only when vomiting takes place. It is a recurring condition which has no fixed timings or periods but can occur even in sleep.

Migraine Treatment
There is no permanent cure for migraine symptoms as until now the actual cause of a migraine has not been established. In the past it was believed that migraines was caused due to some chemical changes in the blood vessels present in the brain. Recent research has propagated the theory that the chemical changes do not occur in the blood vessels present in the brain but it is the brain which is affected by the chemical changes. The chemical changes mostly occur through the nerve pathways which function within the brain.

Types of Migraines

It is estimated that nearly one out of hundred people suffer from migraine which is of two types. The first type is the common migraine where the person suffering from migraine will not encounter any auras which mean that there will be no flashes of light when they develop the pain of migraine. The other type is the migraine which is combined with auras that is the person has visions about flashes of light and may also see zigzag lines or blind spots in their visions. The person may also feel some tingling sensation in the legs or the arms.

These are the pre-indications of the approaching headache and may vanish as soon as the headache starts or may continue until total relief is obtained from the severe headache. People who suffer from a migraine adopt different methods to get relief from it. Some of the people take the medications that are prescribed for migraine pains and others prefer to lie down in the dark and quiet room to relieve the pain. It is best to consult a doctor before taking any kind of medication as many new medications have come in the market after the recent researches.

mari kita jogging !! haha jogging la sukan yang paling aku tak minat,,lari jarak jauh bukan bidangku,,suruh aku lari 100M semangat tu aku hehe .. tetapi weighing scale tu memeranjat aku !! argghhhhhhh tidakkkkkkkk ... berat aku dah naik 4 kg ! oh tidak,,uiiinah mati kitak !! aku rasa macam maintain rupa - rupanya naik haha apa lagi,,terpaksa la aku jogging huhuhu

setelah dipaksa makanya semalam isnin 19hb april 2010,,aku pun start la jogging,,adeh baru 2 round sudah semput - semput,,nampak sangat la dah tak fit, perasan kurus sangat kan aku nah ambik kau berat rupanya kaki nak angkat berjogging ni..pelan - pelan berjaya gak abiskan 2 round,,ingat nak buat 3 round,,karang pengsan sape lak nak angkat :p budget - budget kalau 3 kali seminggu jogging turun 8 kg bagus gak kan. ini target yang harus di capai ni. aku yakin aku boleh lakukan !!

abah yang bertanggungjawab ! abah lah yang mula - mula menanamkan minat membaca kat aku. sejak aku kenal ABC abah dah mula belikan macam - macam buku cerita kat aku. tiap - tiap bulan mesti dapat 2,3 buku cerita baru. best betul,,tidur pun bertemankan buku cerita. itu cerita masa budak - budak segala jenis buku aku suka.dari senipis 80 muka surat samapai setebal - tebal yang mampu,,lagi tebal lagi aku suka :) buku yang paling aku sayang masa kecik tajuk dia "aku budak kampung". sambil - sambil aku membaca sambil - sambil tu aku bayangkan. patutlah aku suka berangan :p tapi aku dah tak jumpa buku - buku aku ni di kampung,,mana lak mak aku simpan ye ?? ke dah buang ??

bila dah besar - besar ni buku cerita dah jadi novel,,abah belikan ke ?? tak lah,,dah keje beli le sendiri haha kumpul pulak novel - novel,,sampai tak cukup tempat nak simpan,,siap pos la pulak ke kampung bagi adik baca..tapi bila datang hari - hari busy,,sempat tengok kulit buku je :( dulu aku malas baca novel english,,pening kepala aku tengok ayat - ayat puitis bombastic tu semua,,sampailah aku jumpa novel stephanie meyers hehe of course lah twilight the series :p laju la pulak aku abiskan ke empat - empat novel tu. lepas tu rajin la pulak aku search novel - novel english yang kategory light reading ni,,,makin lama makin datang minat aku kat novel english,,novel melayu layan lagi ke ?? layan lagi la jugak tapi topiknya masih sama, asyik percintaan majoritinye.tapi ada gak novel english yang liat betul aku nak abiskan,,ada yang laju je aku baca macam takde hari esok..baru aku tau,,aku membaca laju kalau novel tu ada vampire, faery err werewolf haha macam kanak - kanak betul. tapi aku suka baca sebab nak tengok macammana author nye olah cerita tu, for example : twilight ~ kita tau vampire vanish kalau kena cahaya matahari. dalam twillight vampire siap pi sekolah lagi haha interesting kan ;)

Sekarang bayi tersebut dah berumur .. err kiralah sendiri :p sekarang dia dah tempuhi kehidupan ini lebih suku abad. dah banyak ranjau duri kehidupan dia dah rasa. setiap yang berlaku dia terima ketentuan itu sebagai cabaran untuk mematangkan dirinya sendiri. kehidupan ini telah menjadikan dia lebih tabah dan lebih penyabar. senyum itu di jadikan penawar segala kedukaan. fikiran yang waras menjadikan dia lebih rasional dan tidak terburu - buru membuat keputusan. segala kejian dan tohmahan orang telah dijadikan pedoman dan menjadikan dia lebih baik dari semalam. berani kerana benar. to love her is to know her first, never judge a book by its cover :) dan dia belajar to love her life because eventually her life will lead her somewhere ..

I know why I am here and my only real focused goal is to live each day to the fullest and to try and honor God and be an encouragement to others. What the future holds is firmly in God's hands, and I am very happy about that!

Kota Kinabalu (pronounced [ˈkɔtɑ kɪnɑbɑlʊ]; Chinese: 亚庇, Chinese: 哥打京那巴鲁), formerly Jesselton^[1], is the capital of Sabah state in Malaysia. It is also the capital of the West Coast Division of Sabah. The city is located on the northwest coast of Borneo facing the South China Sea. The Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park lies on one side and Mount Kinabalu, which gave the city its name, is nearby. Kota Kinabalu proper has a population of 617,972 while the larger urban area has an estimated population of 900,000. It is the largest urban centre in Sabah and the sixth largest in Malaysia.^[2]

Kota Kinabalu is often known as K.K. within Malaysia and internationally. It is a major tourist destination and a popular gateway for travellers visiting Sabah and Borneo.^[3] Kinabalu National Park is located about 90 kilometres from the city and there are many tourist attractions in and around the city. Kota Kinabalu is also one of the major industrial and commercial centres of East Malaysia. These two factors combine to make Kota Kinabalu one of the fastest growing cities in Malaysia.^[4]

History

In the late 1800s, the British North Borneo Company (BNBC) began to establish colonies throughout North Borneo (now Sabah). In 1882, the Company founded a small settlement in the area known as Gaya Bay which was already inhabited by the Bajau people. The first settlement was on Gaya Island (Pulau Gaya). In 1897, this first settlement was burned and destroyed by the indigenous Bajau freedom fighter led by Mat Salleh.^[5]

After the rebellion, the Company decided to relocate the settlement to the more easily defended mainland opposite Pulau Gaya. A nearby fishing village named Api-Api (see Original names below), was the next settlement of the Company. This new location was then designated as the main harbour and port, as well as the terminus for the North Borneo Railway. It was expanded and renamed Jesselton, named after Sir Charles Jessel, the then Vice Chairman of the Company.

Eventually, Jesselton became a major trading post of North Borneo, dealing in rubber, rattan, honey, and wax. The new railway was used to transport goods to Jesselton harbour. The Malay and Bajau uprisings during these times were not uncommon, and the Company worked to quell the long-standing threat of piracy in the region.

Jesselton was razed by the retreating British early in World War II to prevent it from falling into the hands of the Japanese. After the Japanese takeover of Borneo, it was again renamed Api. Several rebellions against the Japanese military administration took place in Api. One major rebellion occurred in 1943 by the group called Kinabalu Guerrillas, consisting of local inhabitants. Japanese forces quelled the rebellion after its leader, Albert Kwok, was arrested and executed in 1944.^[6] At the later stages of the war, what remained of the town was destroyed again by Allied bombings as part of the Borneo Campaign in 1945, leaving only three buildings standing. The war in North Borneo ended with the official surrender of the Japanese 37th Army by Lieutenant General Baba Masao in Labuan on September 10, 1945.

After the war, the British North Borneo Company returned to administer Jesselton but was unable to finance the huge costs of reconstruction. They gave control of North Borneo to the British Crown in 1946. The new colonial government elected to rebuild Jesselton as the capital of North Borneo instead of Sandakan, which had also been destroyed by the war.^[7]

When North Borneo together with Sarawak, Singapore & Federation of Malaya formed the Federation of Malaysia in 1963, the state became known as Sabah and Jesselton remained its capital. Jesselton was renamed Kota Kinabalu on September 30, 1968 and received official city status from the Malaysian government on February 2, 2000.

Sipitang is a town, district and also a parliamentary constituency located in Interior Division of Sabah, east Malaysia on the island of Borneo. The population of the district was 12,076 in 1980 and 24,349 in 1991 and is projected to increase to 56,634 in 2010.[1] It is the closest town in Sabah to the Sarawak border, and is 44 kilometers south of Beaufort and 144 kilometers south of Kota Kinabalu, the state capital.

History

Sipitang was a territory of the Brunei sultanate before 1884. On November 5, 1884, the Brunei Sultan ceded his territory, from Sipitang to Kuala Penyu, to British North Borneo Company (BNBC).[2] It is alleged that this agreement was met after excessive bribery by the BNBC Governor, William Treacher to the Sultan's court.[3]

Sultan of Brunei granted his territory, from River Sipitang to River Trusan, to BNBC on September 7, 1901.[4] In relation to that, BNBC acquired the area of Mengalong and Merantaman (now in Sipitang district) on September 12, 1901, through a grant by Pangiran Tengah Damit ibni al-Marhum Pangiran Anak Bongsu,[5] of his tulin right on those areas.[6] The acquisition of these areas was done separately because lands such as these are owned individually by Pangirans (prices and nobles) through their tulin right and therefore are independent of the authority of the sultan.[7]

Up til 1900, Sipitang (River Sipitang) marked the frontier between British North Borneo and the Brunei sultanate. The acquisition of land from River Sipitang to River Trusan in 1901, led to the creation of a station in Sipitang under the administrative name Province Clarke (named after Sir Andrew Clarke). This station came into being mainly for the purpose of a search for further cession of territories. Nevertheless, complications in the following years led to the reselling of some lands, and the demarcation receded to the present day Sabah-Sarawak border, near Mengalong (now Sindumin).

Economy

The major economic activities in Sipitang district are timber related. A pulp and paper mill plant was constructed in 1987 and is operated by Sabah Forest Industries. Generally, these activities does not directly benefit the locals. Most of the locals are involved in subsistence farming and fishing

Culture and Leisure

Culture

Sipitang town hosts the biennial GATA (Gasing and Tamu Besar) festival since 2003. This festival features cultural events such as traditional games, music and dance performances, mainly of the predominant indigenous group in Sipitang district, that is the Kedayan, Lundayeh, Murut and Brunei Malay.

Leisure and Conservation area

A 10 million project for the construction of an esplanade in Sipitang district was launched in 2007.[8]

The villages of Long Pasia and Long Mio and their surrounding conservation area are located in Sipitang district. These places are amongst the popular tourist destination in Sabah.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.
Richness was passing by Love in a boat. Love said,

"Richness, can you take me with you?"

Richness answered, "Sorry Love, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat and so there is no place here for you."

Love next asked Vanity who was also sailing by. Vanity was also ready with the same answer.

"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, take me along with you."

"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!", sadness said in a sullen voice.

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so preoccupied with her happiness that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. An overjoyed Love jumped up into the boat and in the process forgot to ask where they were going. When they arrived at a dry land, the elder went her own way.

Realizing how much was owed to the elder, Love asked Knowledge another elder, "Who Helped me?"

"It was Time," Knowledge answered.

"Time?" thought Love. Then, as if reading the face of Love, Knowledge smiled and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."

Moral of the story : whatever happen in our life have hidden meaning in it that we have to dig deeper to understand it. forgive and forget eventhough sometimes it may hurt your inner feeling .. precious love that we have now for we do not know what GOD stores for us in the future .. eventually time will help us forget everything in past..time also understand the value of love..time is the best remedy of all..life have to move on forward not backward..

cuti sekolah datang lagiiiiiiiiiiii..

cuti pertengahan semester datang lagi,,seminggu lagi off dayss..tapi kali ni lepak rumah je. hari tu masa cuti tahun baru cina dah jalan ke KK. jimat budget sikit so,,round - round area rumah je lah hehehe..kalau ada budget lebih kan best,,leh melancong oversea mcm kawan - kawan yang lain,,ada yang ke Hanoi, ada yang ke Kudat,, aku ni entah le bila la nak dapat ke oversea ni !

tapi perancangan nak melancong dah ada ni ,, teringin nak jalan - jalan kat tempat yang bersaljiiiii..
